Privacy Policy

NST + TFC Social Publisher Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to the internal social publishing and approval tools used for Net Set Travel (“NST”) and The Fore Caddie (“TFC”) (together, the “Services”). The Services help authorized operators plan, approve, publish, and review content for connected Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts.

Plain-English summary: The Services are not consumer tracking products. They are internal brand-publishing tools. We use Meta account and publishing data only to verify authorized access, publish approved content, keep operational records, troubleshoot, and honor deletion requests.

Information we access or collect

Depending on the permissions granted through Meta, the Services may access or store the following limited categories of information:

  • Facebook Page and Instagram professional account identifiers, usernames, names, profile metadata, and connected-account status.
  • Authorization and permission information needed to confirm that an operator can manage the relevant Page or Instagram account.
  • Content submitted for approval or publishing, including captions, media references, campaign notes, post status, scheduled/published timestamps, and approval decisions.
  • Meta publishing results such as media IDs, Page post IDs, permalinks, status responses, error messages, and basic engagement or insight data when requested for reporting.
  • Operational logs used for audit, troubleshooting, post removal, security, and compliance.

The Services do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information from the public and do not require public users to create accounts.

How we use information

  • To authenticate authorized operators and confirm access to NST and TFC social assets.
  • To create, schedule, publish, review, or remove approved Facebook and Instagram content.
  • To maintain an audit trail of approvals, published media IDs, permalinks, and operational activity.
  • To diagnose publishing errors, token/permission issues, and API connectivity issues.
  • To prepare account-level performance summaries when requested by the account operator.
  • To comply with applicable laws, platform requirements, and valid deletion or access requests.

Meta Platform data

When the Services receive data from Meta APIs, that data is processed only for the purposes described in this policy and only as permitted by applicable Meta terms, developer policies, and documentation. We do not sell, license, purchase, or use Meta Platform data for unrelated advertising, surveillance, eligibility decisions, or profiling.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information only with service providers needed to operate the Services, such as hosting, storage, automation, email, analytics, or security providers, and only for the purposes described in this policy. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect accounts and systems, or when an authorized operator directs us to do so.

Data retention

Approval records, publishing logs, media IDs, permalinks, and related operational records may be retained while NST or TFC uses the Services and for a reasonable period afterward for audit, troubleshooting, security, and post-removal purposes. We delete or de-identify data when it is no longer needed for these purposes, when required by law or platform policy, or after a verified deletion request unless retention is legally required.

User control and deletion

Authorized users may request access, correction, or deletion of data associated with their Meta authorization or connected account. Instructions are available at User Data Deletion Instructions. Deletion requests can also be sent to cguass4@gmail.com.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect Service data from unauthorized access. Tokens and credentials are treated as confidential and are stored in local or secure service configuration rather than public webpages. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Services are internal business tools and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Services.

International use

Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. By using the Services, authorized operators understand that information may be processed outside their state, province, or country.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Services, legal requirements, or platform requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
