Effective date: May 22, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the internal social publishing and approval tools for Net Set Travel (“NST”) and The Fore Caddie (“TFC”) (together, the “Services”). The Services are used to plan, approve, publish, and review content for connected Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts.
Important: The Services are intended only for authorized operators and service providers working on NST or TFC social media operations. They are not a public consumer application.
You may use the Services only if you are authorized to manage, assist with, or approve content for the applicable NST or TFC social account. You agree not to access, test, publish to, or attempt to manage any account, Page, profile, asset, token, or content workflow that you are not authorized to use.
Use of the Services may require access to Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or other third-party platforms. You are responsible for complying with all applicable third-party terms, policies, community standards, API rules, and account requirements. The Services depend on third-party APIs and permissions, which may change or become unavailable without notice.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, rights clearance, and brand suitability of content you submit, approve, schedule, or publish through the Services. Do not submit or approve content unless you have the rights and permissions needed for the intended use, including any rights related to photos, videos, music, likenesses, logos, trademarks, quotes, reposts, tags, and location references.
The Services may publish content only after an authorized operator or configured workflow approves it. However, you remain responsible for reviewing content and promptly requesting edits, hold status, or removal when necessary.
You agree not to use the Services to:
Use of the Services is also governed by the NST + TFC Social Publisher Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that operational records such as approvals, captions, media IDs, post IDs, permalinks, status responses, and publishing logs may be stored for audit, troubleshooting, compliance, and deletion workflows.
NST, TFC, and their operators retain their respective rights in brand materials, account materials, and approved content. You grant the Services and their service providers the limited permission needed to host, process, format, publish, store, and display submitted content for the purpose of operating NST and TFC social workflows.
The Services may integrate with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, email, hosting, automation, AI-assisted drafting, storage, analytics, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, data availability, review decisions, API limits, or account enforcement actions.
Access may be suspended or removed at any time if we believe a user is unauthorized, a workflow is unsafe, a platform requirement is not being met, or continued access could create legal, security, brand, or account risk. Published content may be removed or revised when requested by an authorized operator or when required by law, platform policy, or rights concerns.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful publishing, availability of third-party APIs, approval by any platform, or any specific social-media performance result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and their operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, account restrictions, platform enforcement, or reputational harm arising from use of or inability to use the Services.
We may update these Terms when the Services, legal requirements, brand operations, or platform requirements change. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
